Saturday Bootcamp 8.00-9.00AM

A class that will hit all areas, strength, core, plyometric and aerobic work.

Service Description

The 'Weekender' is a Full Body workout formatted in a different way to Circuit Classes. I run this class by working together in a group together at your level focusing on specific body parts, leaving you feeling energised for the weekend.
