What Can you Train ME FOR?

I have been designing on-line training plans for 15years, I have helped train clients for many different events at many different levels:

Triathlon up to Ironman distance

Running races from 10K to Ultra distance

Multi day events: ie Marathon des Sables

Training is often for specific events, ie: your 'A' race/s of the season.

I can also offer swim training analysis, to help with your swim technique.
